As mental health issues climb to a record high, bouldering offers a therapeutic outlet

Exam season is stressful, especially if you’re not taught how to properly manage stress. Many students at RUG report experiencing mental health struggles but they also lament long waiting lists at psychological practices. Conducting an active lifestyle is always helpful, but perhaps bouldering is the stress reliever you did not know you needed. 

The Groningen Observer ventures out to discover more about the rise in popularity of this highly beneficial sport.
