Despite inflation, Sligro profit soars: What do customers think?

Last year wholesale supermarket chain Sligro’s profit rose by almost 31%. Despite inflation, 2022 was their best year in profits since the Covid-19 measures were lifted.

The Groningen Observer looked into this and spoke to customers at wholesale supermarket Sligro Groningen to see if they have noticed any repercussions from the increase in prices.
