Indonesian football supporters resort to hooliganism as form of protest

On January 26th 2023, supporters attacked the bus with the players of Indonesian league 1 football team, Arema FC in it. Three days later, supporters ambushed the office of Arema as a form of protest. Experts believe, this is the aftermath of Indonesia’s deadliest football tragedy that happened last October in Kanjuruhan, East Java.
